The Savoy provided a comfortable and tidy room that met my work needs well. The breakfast was commendable, featuring freshly prepared options, and the parking arrangement was convenient for accessing local business sites. The staff were attentive and assisted efficiently when setting up my presentation equipment.
The room showed signs of age with some maintenance issues.

Charming hotel, convenient location, with a buffet breakfast that was pretty good at the price and a lift making it easy to access different floors.
Zero issues.

Great stay with lovely atmosphere
I recently enjoyed a one-night stay in a Double Room, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lively atmosphere in the bar area and the variety of options at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. the decor could use some updating for a fresher appeal.

The Savoy may not shine like the Blackpool lights, but there are a few bright spots! The breakfast had a nice spread, and the location was spot on, with an array of eateries close by—try Gilbert's for a cheeky bite or Sizzling Wok for a quick fix.
But let’s be real, our pad was well past its prime—a snug shoebox with a frosted window? Yikes! Not to mention the vending disaster and a bar with a disappearing act from the staff.

Family break with expensive disappointments
Had good fun with the kids at breakfast and the staff were friendly, they worked hard. The room we had was spacious and clean, lots of choices for the food and it was good quality.
That said, it wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

I enjoyed the sea view from my room. The location was great as I had easy access to public transport. The staff were trying their best, but I sensed they were overwhelmed. I found the food to be lacking in quality during my stay. it didn't meet expectations. It was just a place to sleep, but I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I have visited many places as a couple from Sri Lanka, and I must say this was below average.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could use better ventilation for comfort.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby Pleasure Beach and took a stroll along the promenade. The views were stunning and the atmosphere was lively. The location is perfect, close to attractions, and it had great breakfast options to start our days right. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway with mates!
We faced some hiccups. Our first room had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting, but the staff was helpful in resolving our issues.

we had a lovely stay at the savoy. the rooms were clean n comfy, and staff were super friendly. the price for 6 adults in 3 rooms was a steal at £117. the bar prices were good too, making it a great value. we were surprised by how nice it was despite some reviews.
the hotel could use some updates, and entertainment could be better. also, we had some issues with noise from other guests.
